Children can sometimes dress themselves with help as early as 2 years of age but they won't usually be able to fully get dressed by themselves without help until around 4 years of age and by age 5 they should be able to fully dress themselves.
However for a child to be able to tie their own shoes may not happen until the child is 6 or 7 years of age.
