Yes you can rent out your home if you have an FHA loan however you cannot get an FHA loan for a home to specifically rent out.
Before you can rent out the home with the FHA loan the home with the FHA loan must be occupied by the homeowner who took out the FHA loan for a period of 12 months which is a year.
So after you live in the home with the FHA loan for a period of 12 months then you may move out of the home and rent it out as long as you're continuing to make the FHA mortgage payments.
You can also sell the home after 12 months and then use that money to pay back the lender plus buy a new home with another FHA loan.
