After being bitten by bed bugs most times the bed bug bites and itchiness appear within a couple of days but sometimes the bed bug bites or itchiness may not appear until 14 days after being bitten by the bed bugs.
Some people are more sensitive to bed bug bites than other people and may experience the itchiness or see the bed bug bites sooner than other people.
