Common Symptoms of food poisoning are stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
You may also experience symptoms such as chills, dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, fever, lightheadedness, loss of appetite, malaise, or sweating when you have food poisoning.
Headaches, weakness and other Gastrointestinal problems such as bloating, diarrhea, gagging, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, or stomach cramps are all common with food poisoning.
Most food poisoning is not very serious and rarely requires any medical treatment other than keeping hydrated and getting plenty of rest and within a few days you should be feeling better.
However if the symptoms of food poisoning lasts longer than a couple days then it would be a good idea to go to the emergency room or your walk in clinic if possible just to be safe and find out if it's not something more serious.
