Finger Monkeys including all monkeys are banned in 19 states in the United Sates.
The states that ban all monkeys including finger monkeys are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont and Wyoming.
In all the other states Finger Monkeys are allowed as well as other breeds of Monkeys.
But you should always check with the local laws first before trying to own any type of monkey because there could be local city laws banning the monkeys.
