How can a teenager lower there car insurance rates?
I have a teen who is added to my policy and the rates are expensive.

Is there any way for my teenager to get his vehicle insurance rates lowered?

Ask your insurance agent about a test your teen can take with the insurance agent.

I know when I got insurance as a teen on my parents policy they offered me a video program that I could take home and watch and then take a test and answer a few questions at there office and my rates would drop some.
