The reason why you can only get 9 sumatriptan a month is because you should not take more sumatriptan more than 10 days in a month.

Sumatriptan is only taken when you experience migraines and should not be taken regularly to prevent migraines as sumatriptan does not prevent migraines but only treats the migraines once you get them.

Taking sumatriptan more often can worsen your headaches and migraines.

Sumatriptan is hard on the body and can increase your risk of developing an abnormal heart rhythm, angina, stroke, heart attack and can even increase your blood pressure to dangerous levels.

The increase in risk of these conditions is more likely when you or a family member has had or has heart disease or if you have high blood pressure, smoke, have high cholesterol or diabetes.

The peak time for sumatriptan is 2 to 4 hours.

Sumatriptan tablets often begin working within 30 minutes to 60 minutes of taking them and the effects of the sumatriptan injection often are apparent within 5 minutes.

Sumatriptan tablets often begin working within 30 to 60 minutes to stop migraines.

The sumatriptan sprays and sumatriptan injects work much quicker than the tablets at stopping migraines.

You can take sumatriptan 3 days in a row but you shouldn't take sumatriptan more than 4 days in a 30 day time period.

Sumatriptan cannot prevent migraines and can only treat migraines and should only be taken when you experience migraines.

The reason why you can't take sumatriptan daily is because taking sumatriptan daily can worsen your headaches.

The use of sumatriptan either alone or taken with other migraine medications for 10 or more days per month can lead to worsening of headaches.

The medications that you cannot take with sumatriptan are Tylenol, Egotamine medicines, zolmitriptan, rizatriptan, naratriptan, frovatriptan, almotriptan, and monomine oxidase inhibitors.

When you're taking Monoamine oxidase inhibitors, you should not take sumatriptan within two weeks of taking an MAOI, such as isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), selegiline (Eldepryl), or tranylcypromine (Parnate).

The closest OTC to sumatriptan is Ibuprofen and Aspirin.

Other OTC medications that are closest to sumatriptan is Acetaminophen and Naproxen.

Sumatriptan is much stronger than Ibuprofen and also much more effective than ibuprofen for treatment of migraines.

The drug sumatriptan is around 72 percent more effective at treating migraines than ibuprofen or other headache and migraine medications.

Sumatriptan is also much better at treating migraine attacks that escalate quickly or are fully developed migraines upon waking up.

Combining sumatriptan with naproxen can also improve your tolerance.

The sumatriptan is a migraine medication that is used for treating acute migraine headaches in adults.

However sumatriptan is not used to prevent migraine headaches and is not used for treating or preventing cluster headaches.

The sumatriptan works to treat acute migraine headaches by working in the brain to relieve any pain from the migraine headaches.

Sumatriptan belongs to a group of medications called triptans.

The drug sumatriptan is also not a narcotic and is a triptan which is a selective serotonin receptor agonist that is specifically used for treating and relieving migraine attacks.

When taking sumatriptan you can eat and drink normally but you should avoid drinking alcohol during a headache or migraine attack.

Sumatriptan is available only by prescription and is not available over the counter.
