The skeletal system of the human body contains five types of bones. The bones are classified based on their shape and size. The types of bones in the human body are short bones, long bones, flat bones, sesamoid bones, and irregular bones. The flat bones include the cranial bones, scapulae, and the ribs. The long bones include the humerus, femur, ulna, tiba, fibula, metacarpal, metatarsal and radius. The short bones include tarsals and the carpals. The irregular bones include vertebrate and sacrum. The patella is only sesamoid bone in the human body. Recommended to visit other vegan breakfast foods for healthy bones.
