Some things you can do to help you recover from the stomach bug include.
Letting the stomach settle and avoid eating solid foods for a few hours.
Try sucking on some ice chips or take small sips of water often.
Then ease back into eating and start eating bland foods until you recover.
Avoid spicy foods or greasy foods or dairy and get plenty of rest.
Taking some antacids, pepto bismol and anti diarrhea medications can also help.
