I go to bed around 11:30 PM and wake up around 7:30 AM for work on days I'll be working from Monday through Friday.
On the weekends when I don't have to work I go to bed around 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM and sleep until 11:00 AM
You need to get at least 8 hours of sleep at night to be fully alert during the day especially during the workdays.
