I get itchy red toes especially during the cold winter months when the heating is on and the air in my home is dry.

When I get itchy toes I take a tub of warm water and pour A cup of Apple Cider Vinegar into the tub to make a nice soaking foot bath that I soak my feet in while watching Television or browsing the internet.

I soak my itchy red toes and feet into the Apple Cider Vinegar foot bath for around 30 minutes to an hour and it helps to relieve the itchy toes and redness.

Apple Cider Vinegar is antibacterial so it can kill off bacteria and fungus that is on your toes as well.

You can also apply some foot powder or baby powder to the itchy toes and in your shoes and socks as well and be sure to dry out your feet completely before putting on socks.

Your toes are most likely itching either due to the cold weather or because of fungal bacteria.

I would suggest soaking your feet in some Epsom salt and also after drying your feet off put some fungal cream onto the toes to help relieve the itching and redness if you have redness of the toes along with itching.
