A good way to kill roaches in a washing machine or even drain pipes is to pour some bleach into the washing machine or drain line.

For the washing machine just fill the washing machine tub up all the way using hot water and then pour a few cups of bleach into the washing machine tub.

Run The washing machine through a wash cycle and the bleach should kill off the roaches and then once the wash cycle is done you can vacuum any dead roaches out of the washing machine tub.

Laundry Detergent can also kill roaches so maybe add both bleach and laundry detergent together and add some Borax Powder along with it to be most effective.

Laundry Soap will kill off roaches inside the washing machine tub by running it through a complete wash cycle.

Then once you've gotten rid of the roaches in the washing machine you should lay some sticky traps out behind your washing machine and all around the washing machine on the floor.

When the washing machine is not in use you could also place a sticky trap inside the washing machine and the roaches will become stuck on it or even put some Boric Acid inside the washing machine tub when it's not in use and the Boric Acid will kill off the roaches.

Then just use a vacuum to suck out the dead roaches in the washing machine after they die.
