What non-pharmaceutical methods of combating insomnia do you consider the most effective? Maybe you have experience using relaxation, changing your daily routine, or other approaches that have helped improve your sleep quality?

Personally, I believe that non-pharmaceutical methods for treating insomnia can be very effective. One approach that helps me is to practice relaxation before bed. I usually do a little meditation or a series of calming exercises to reduce stress and tension that can make it difficult to fall asleep. I also try to maintain a regular routine, trying to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day so that my body can settle down and fall asleep naturally. Regarding light therapy, I have not tried the MyLuminette light therapy glasses personally, but I have heard many positive reviews about them. It is believed that they may help stabilize circadian rhythms and improve sleep quality.
