Raising your credit score by 100 points is possible but it won't happen overnight and will take time to see the increase in your credit score.
Start by making sure you pay all your loan payments and credit card payments on time and if possible when using a credit card pay off the full balance as soon as it's due.
Using the credit card and paying off all you owe shows you're good with credit and overtime your credit score will increase.
Also if you have any debts in collection contact the debt collector and ask them if you pay the debts off will they report it to the credit Bureaus and if so pay those debts off and when they report your paid off debt and remove the negative remarks from your credit report your credit score will increase.
Also avoid taking out too many credit cards in a short amount of time because that can actually lower your credit score.
