A 150 pound person would weigh 57 pounds on Mars.

The reason for weighing less on Mars than you would on Earth is because the planet Mars has a weaker gravitational pull than Earth does.

On Mars instead of earth you would also be 1/2 your age in reverse.

To calculate your age on Mars you take your age on earth and multiply your earth age by 365.25 to get your age in earth days.

Then divide the number of the earth days by 1.027 to get your age in martian days.

Next divide the number of martian days by 668.599 to get your age in martian years.

Mars also has a longer year than earth does because it has a larger orbit around the sun and mars is also farther away from the sun.

It takes Mars 687 earth days to complete one orbit around the sun and earth takes only 365 days to complete one orbit around the sun.

Mars is the 4th planet from the Sun.

The surface of the planet Mars is orange-red because it is covered in iron(III) oxide dust, giving it the nickname "the Red Planet".

The planet Mars is among the brightest objects in Earth's sky, and its high-contrast albedo features have made it a common subject for telescope viewing.

While the planet Mars may look hot, don't let it's color fool you as the planet Mars is actually pretty cold!

In orbit, the planet Mars is about 50 million miles farther away from the Sun than Earth.

That means that Mars gets a lot less light and heat to keep it warm.

Human survival on Mars would require living in artificial Mars habitats with complex life-support systems.

One key aspect of this would be water processing systems.

Being made mainly of water, a human being would die in a matter of days without it.
