Not sure if you're looking for AB/DL themed disposable diapers or just plain white disposable adult diapers for incontinence.
If you're looking for good absorbent AB/DL themed diapers try Abuniverse Super Dry Kids or Abu Little Pawz diapers or any of there other line of absorbent diapers.
I can last all day in any of Abuniverses line of diapers without needing to change before leaking.
If you're just looking for very absorbent disposable adult diapers for your incontinence then I would recommend Northshore Supreme poly backed diapers from northshorecare.com or even the race car diapers from undercarewear.com
The Race Car Themed diapers from undercarewear.com are pretty absorbent diapers and only contain some pictures of race cars on the front of the diaper so it's not all that babyish.
If you need more absorbency you can add a baby diaper or diaper booster to the adult diaper to make it absorbent.
I've also used attends poly backed diapers which were pretty good and I bought them at healthykin.com for around $30.00 for 96 diapers.
