Spinal Stenosis can be classified as a disability if the Spinal Stenosis gets severe enough to force you out of work especially labor intensive jobs.

In most cases when you're diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis you'll qualify almost immediately for disability payments however it usually has to be severe enough and you'll have to get a disability claim lawyer and fight in court for the disability payments and have all your doctors documents in order.

Spinal Stenosis occurs when the Spinal Canal narrows and puts compression on the nerves and spinal cords which causes severe pain and when it gets that severe then it's hard to work hardly any job but sometimes you still may be able to work an office job if you don't qualify for disability benefits.
