Spinal Stenosis is essentially narrowing of the spine which happens when your spinal canal begins to get narrower and narrower.
Spinal Stenosis usually only affects people 50 and older but can sometime happen to younger people.
When your spinal canal narrows it can cause tightness of the spinal cord or the nerves around it, causing pain, tingling, or numbness in your legs, arms, or torso.
Usually spinal stenosis goes away on it's own and is usually not serious but it's a good idea to see a doctor about the spinal stenosis anyway because they may be able to treat it.
