Taking cold showers can help improve energy levels, improve blood circulation, increase testosterone, helps boost your mood and helps with depression, improves your hair and skin health and even helps to boost your immune system.
However I can only take cold showers on a hot day and cannot get into a cold shower on cold days even though I have the heat on high in my house.
So although cold showers can improve your health only take the cold showers if you're able too.
