You can't just file bankruptcy on credit cards and medical bills and leave the other debt out of it.
When you file bankruptcy you must declare all debts owed in the bankruptcy.
Credit Cards and Medical Bill debt are unsecured debt and can be easily wiped out when you file for bankruptcy but your other debts will be affected as well when you file bankruptcy.
Only file bankruptcy as a last resort when you have no other choice because bankruptcy will harm your credit score for up to 7 years making it hard for you to get any new loans etc in the future.
