Yes some people can get skin breakouts when using Jojoba oil on their skin if they're skin is more sensitive to it than other peoples skin.
You might try diluting the Jojoba oil with some olive oil or some other carrier oil like I had to do to use Jojoba oil on my skin after getting breakouts.
Now once diluted the Jojoba oil no longer gives me breakouts on my skin.
