The best essential oils to add to the coconut oil or Olive oil for oil pulling is clove, orange, lemon or peppermint essential oils.
For oil pulling you put the Olive Oil or Coconut Oil into your mouth and then swish it around and pull it through the teeth for around 5 minutes and then spit it out and brush your teeth right after you do the oil pulling to remove the coconut oil and bacteria.
