When you go to withdraw money through the ATM from your savings account you'll select the savings account withdraw option on the ATM machine.
Although make sure that you really need to remove the money from the Savings account because you can be charged with an early withdraw fee from the bank causing you to lose money on your savings if you withdraw the money too early after setting up the savings account.
