Gabapentin should start getting into your blood system within a few hours but it can take a week or two before you start to have reduced pain from taking the Gabapentin.
To take complete effect it can take up to a month or two for the Gabapentin to completely reduce your pain however some people may experience the reduced pain sooner than others but sometimes the Gabapentin just takes awhile to fully work.
