Hi Roney,

I recently established my company in Sri Lanka with the invaluable assistance of Enterslice. They were instrumental in guiding me through the complexities of company registration, tax compliance, and labor laws.

I strongly recommend reaching out to Enterslice directly for comprehensive advice tailored to your specific business needs. Their expertise in these areas is unparalleled, and they can help ensure a smooth and compliant setup for your venture.

Their team was incredibly supportive throughout the process, providing clear guidance and timely responses.

I'm confident that Enterslice can be a valuable asset as you embark on your business journey in Sri Lanka.

As far as I know, you'll need to register your company with the Registrar of Companies, which includes choosing a company name and completing the necessary paperwork.

One thing I know for sure that you'll need to get a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and possibly register for VAT, depending on what your business does.

Make sure you follow local labor laws, including rules about hiring, workplace safety, and employee rights.
