Under normal driving conditions and no heavy towing then a transmission flush or transmission fluid change shouldn't need to be performed until at least 100,000 miles.
But if you do a lot of heavy towing etc then 45,000 to 60,000 miles would be recommended for every transmission flush and transmission fluid and filter change.
