Guys do not wipe after they pee as they really don't need to do so like girls.
When guys pee they pee out of their penis which is usually pretty clean and dry after they get done peeing.
At most a guy may need to shake off any excess pee left on the tip of the penis and they are clean.
As a guy I never wipe after I pee and see no need too.
Girls pee out of their vagina and so they are usually wet down there after peeing and need to wipe after they pee as the way girls pee it is similar to how we poop.
So the vagina gets wet like our bottoms get dirty from pooping,
But with the penis and peeing through the penis there's no need to wipe.
However if it's a boy that is in diapers then you would wipe them after a pee diaper because they are sitting in pee but if not in diapers there's no need to wipe after peeing if you're a guy or a boy.
