Mixing Vinegar and Ammonia together is not dangerous however mixing ammonia and Vinegar together causes the two cleaning agents to become useless due to the Vinegar being acidic which creates basically salt water when mixed together with ammonia.
So it's best to just use either ammonia to clean things or the Vinegar separately instead of mixing them together.
