It's really up to the person on the appropriate age but in my opinion 15 and above is too old to go around trick or treating.
However I've seen some older kids and even adults out trick or treating and having fun and I gladly give them some candy as well.
It really doesn't matter to me though if they're 15 or above and trick or treating but most people will stop trick or treating at 15 and above.
