Can you die from insomnia?

Can insomnia kill you?

If you don't get any sleep at all it's possible to die from not sleeping at all.

But I'm sure you can't die from Insomnia alone.

With Insomnia you can get to sleep by taking sleeping medications such as Melatonin.
