Apple Cider Vinegar does help most people sleep better including myself.

So from experience I can say that yes Apple Cider Vinegar can help you fall asleep faster and help you get a more restful sleep.

To use Apple Cider Vinegar for sleep take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and mix it in with some honey and a cup of hot water and then drink the cup of hot water, honey and Apple Cider Vinegar mixture a few minutes before going to bed.

I do this every night and it's a natural way of treating my insomnia without having to take sleeping pills.
