Yes apple cider vinegar is a good home remedy for getting rid of poison ivy.

The apple cider vinegar when applied to the Poison Ivy rash can help draw out toxins and kill the poison ivy that has gotten onto your skin and caused the rash.

You can apply the apple cider vinegar to the poison ivy rash with a cotton ball or soak a washcloth in apple cider vinegar and drape the washcloth over the rash which will also help to draw out the toxins that causes the poison ivy rash.

Avoid scratching the rash and wash your hands and the area where the poison ivy got to immediately before applying the apple cider vinegar or even other lotions.

Calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream can also help get rid of poison ivy fast and make it feel better.
