Flu season usually starts in October which is when the Influenza activity begins and when most people get sick with the flu including myself sometimes.

If you start noticing those symptoms of the flu you should take some flu medicine or even get prescribed Tamiflu which can help with the flu.
Wash your hands often in as hot of water you can stand with antibacterial soap to prevent the spread of germs.
