If you're over exercising your body has a way of letting you know that you're exercising too much and should take a break from exercising.

Some symptoms of over exercising are, Mood changes, Delayed recovery time, Elevated resting heart rate, Fatigue, Insomnia and Diminished appetite.

Also when you're exercising too much you may find you start losing interest in wanting to exercise so if you then it's best to stop and take a break.

A few other symptoms of over exercising are, Feeling sore muscles or heavy limbs, Getting overuse injuries, depression and getting mood swings.

Over exercising can be worse for your body than not getting enough exercise so always take a break from exercising if you feel like you're exercising too much.
