Magnesium can help some people sleep when taken.

One of the causes of insomnia is due to magnesium deficiency and when you get the needed magnesium in your body then you'll be able to sleep better.

So if you're suffering from insomnia like I was try taking magnesium because it helped me get to sleep better.

Magnesium also helps activate neurotransmitters that are responsible for calming the body and the mind.
