You could use a fan motor to make a little electric buffer or grinder to sharpen knives, lawn mower blades etc.
Or you could also make a scooter out of a fan motor or use the old fan motor to make an electric winder for a fishing rod.
Other than that there's not too much you can do with an electric fan motor since they have very little torque to them and won't power much.
