To knock out tonsil stones gargling you need to use hydrogen peroxide and you need to use the 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for tonsil stones.
Dilute some hydrogen Peroxide with water and then gargle for around 3 to 10 minutes and then spit the hydrogen peroxide out.
You can also knock tonsil stones out gargling with salt water or go see a doctor to remove the tonsil stones.
