What the Bible says about anxiety is "God is with us and cares for us, and that we should not be anxious about things we can't control".

The references about anxiety in the bible include.

Isaiah 41:10.

"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you, Yes I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand".

Philippians 4:6-7.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God".

Proverbs 12:25.

"Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad".

1 Peter 5:6-7.

"Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you"

In the Bible it also says that we should.

Provide for others in need.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness.

And trust in the Lord with all our heart.

Philippians 4:6-7 also says  (NKJV) “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
