H. pylori in some cases causes excessive gas and flatulence, bloating, nausea, burping and abdominal cramping.

H. pylori can also make you dizzy and may also cause anemia, fatigue, leg cramps, bloody vomit, difficulty swallowing and pale skin.

If you experience any of the above symptoms including the dizzy spells they are emergency symptoms and require medical attention.

Burping is somewhat common in H. pylori although not everyone with H. pylori will burp or even have any symptoms.

H. pylori does sometimes cause smelly burps that smell similar to sulphur or rotten eggs.

If you experience smelly burps with H. pylori you may also experience other symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps.

The probiotics that destroys and kills H. pylori are bifidobacterium-Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium-Lactobacillus-Saccharomyces.

Foods that kill Helicobacter are fatty fish, mackerel, tuna, salmon, Chia seeds, almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.

The best drink for Helicobacter pylori is cranberry juice as cranberry juice contains antioxidants that help combat infections of H. pylori.

Drinking kombucha can also help get rid of Helicobacter pylori.
