To get old stains out of clothes naturally you can use some lemon juice, white distilled vinegar, baking soda, dish soap, salt or hydrogen peroxide.

You can also use a combination of these ingredients to clean old stains from clothing and other stains that are fresh as well.

To use baking soda to get old stains out of clothing you can sprinkle the baking soda directly onto the stain and allow it to sit for a couple of hours or even overnight.

Then brush the baking soda off and wash the clothing in the washing machine.

If you have grease stains in the clothing you can use a paste of baking soda and water and apply it to the grease stain and allow it to sit for a couple of hours before washing.

To remove old stains from clothes with vinegar, douse the stain with some vinegar and allow it to soak for a few minutes and then sprinkle some salt on top.

You can also mix some vinegar with some baking soda to create a paste and then apply the baking soda and vinegar paste to the old stain before washing it.

To remove color stains from clothes after drying, rewash the clothes with an oxygen based bleach or Oxiclean and detergent.

You can also soak the clothes in a diluted bleach solution after drying to remove color stains from the clothing.

If the color stain is stubborn you may need to pre treat the color stain with some liquid detergent or stain remover and allow it to sit for 30 minutes to an hour or so before rewashing it.

When you have color stains on clothes after drying you should wash them again using a non chlorine oxygen based bleach and your regular laundry detergent.

If the rewashing of the clothes does not remove the color stain, you can soak the clothes in a solution of oxygen based bleach along with cold water for several hours and then rewash the clothes again.

For more stubborn color stains on your clothing you can apply some liquid laundry detergent or stain remover to the color stain and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then rewash the clothes in the washing machine.

Rubbing alcohol can also remove most color stains by using a white cloth with some rubbing alcohol and blotting the color stain.

If the rubbing alcohol does not work to remove the color stain you an also use some ammonia but you should ventilate the area well when using ammonia.

You can also create a paste of baking soda and water and apply it to the color stain and let it dry before you wash the clothing again.

If it's a fresh color stain you can also try pre treating the area with a mixture of dish soap and detergent.
