Most doctors think chiropractors are beneficial in certain situations and some doctors view chiropractors as being a valuable complementary treatment for musculoskeletal issues such as back pain.

And some doctors are skeptical about the effectiveness and safety of care from a chiropractor and most particularly for aggressive manipulation techniques.

Many doctors recognize that care from a chiropractor can be very helpful in treating and managing musculoskeletal pain including back pain and neck pain.

Some doctors even may refer their patients to a good chiropractor for these treatments, especially if other treatments have not worked.

A good chiropractor can also realign your spine by using manual therapy like spinal manipulation.

Care from a chiropractor can help with back pain, neck pain, sciatica and many other conditions.

Chiropractors use controlled and gentle force to move the body into proper alignment.

A chiropractor can also spot a subluxation in your spine by observing your body posture.

Conditions that a chiropractor can help you with are Scoliosis, Whiplash, osteoarthritis, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Vertigo, Migraines, Herniated discs, Sciatica, Neck Pain and Back pain.

The signs of a misaligned spine are.

Poor posture.

Tingling and numbness.

Severe headaches.

Restless leg syndrome.

Knee, hip and neck pain.

And Fatigue.

Often when you get manual manipulation of the spine to correct any of the issues you may be suffering from it can take around 2 to 3 weeks for your spine to fully realign.

In a basic case (noticeable postural changes, one zone of mild pain/ no pain), this initial process takes adults about 2 to 3 weeks with two spinal corrections throughout the week.

Chiropractors can do more than just popping your back.

Chiropractors can also help to realign the spine.

Chiropractic care is a very effective treatment for spinal misalignment, and it can help to reduce pain and improve mobility.
