Some ways you can treat jock itch are making sure you wash the groin area often to keep it clean and make sure the groin area stays dry.
Apply some antifungal cream or powder to the area.
You can also use Apple Cider Vinegar to get rid of Jock Itch.
Take one half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and mix it with two cups of lukewarm water and then soak a clean washcloth in the Apple Cider Vinegar and apply it to the area where the Jock itch is.
First though wash your groin area really good with antibacterial soap.
