It's very unlikely that you'd get toxoplasmosis from your indoor cat since if the cat remains indoors most of the time if not all of the time then the cat is less likely to become infected with toxoplasmosis.
Furthermore. Toxoplasmosis is a disease that is caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii, which can be found in garden soil and raw meat so as long as your cat doesn't eat raw meat or come into contact with garden soil then the cat should not get infected with Toxoplasmosis.
The disease can be passed from cats to humans but as long as your indoor cat never goes outside or feeds on Raw meat then you're unlikely to get infected by the cat.
