Using Apple Cider Vinegar for sleep does work and to use Apple Cider Vinegar for sleep you should put a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of hot water with some honey and drink it that way before bed although you can also just take two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar straight from the bottle.

But the honey and water make it taste better.

You should drift off to sleep within 20 to 30 minutes after taking Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar contains many other health benefits when taken before bed such as stopping your body from going into the fat metabolism stage which is essential for sleep.

Apple Cider Vinegar before bed also lowers blood sugar levels by increasing your sensitivity to insulin.

Taking Two Teaspoons or drinking some Apple Cider Vinegar with honey Honey and warm water before bed can help promote sleep and improve your heart health, and blood pressure levels as well.

I used to also have trouble sleeping at night and after hearing about Apple Cider Vinegar before bed to help me sleep I decided to give it a try and it does really work like people say.

I just take two teaspoons of the Apple Cider Vinegar about 30 minutes before bed and within a few minutes of my head hitting the pillow I drift off to sleep.

So while Apple Cider Vinegar is helping me sleep it's helping to improve my overall health as well by helping to lower my blood pressure, keep my cholesterol levels in check and helps to improve my heart health as well.

I highly recommend you pick up a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar especially if you're having trouble sleeping as it really works wonders for my sleep as well as overall health.
