Yes Frigidaire and Electrolux are the same and Frigidaire appliances are made by the same company as Electrolux but they're just made in different factories.
However Electrolux states that the Electrolux brand is their premium models of appliances while Frigidaire is a value line of products.
But in my opinion they're both the same quality but different prices for the appliances under different names.
