You can watch Television before bed.

But it's recommended to stop watching Television at least an hour before bed to allow your mind to get into the resting state.

Watching Television too close to bedtime can mess with your bodies internal clock and potentially keep you awake and prevent you from falling asleep.

I used to watch Television while in bed but found I started losing sleep when doing so.

Now I watch Television before bed but turn the Television off 1 hour before actually falling asleep and I now sleep much better.

I'm the same way.

The Television helps me fall asleep faster as well.

I always watch TV before going to bed and I consider it normal. I also like to turn on a movie on TV to open a laptop and be interested in the latest football changes https://777score.ke, I go to the site and study the results of the matches, who played with whom and will play. TV works in the background. So for me this is the norm.

I'm another person who falls asleep faster while the television is on.

My TV has a set timer to turn off within around 30 minutes to an hour after I fall asleep.

So it's different for different people. Some people can't fall asleep when the TV is on before bed but for others like me it makes me fall asleep.
