Does Paypal Accept Prepaid Debit cards?

I want to buy something online but the seller only accepts paypal.

I don't have a bank account and was wondering if I go to Walgreens or other store and get a Prepaid Debit card will I be able to use it on Paypal?

Paypal accepts any debits cards that are sold in stores or you get online.

They work the same as a bank debit card. So yes you can buy something from someone using paypal with your prepaid debit card.
