I've traded some diaper photos and videos on mega.nz but you have to be careful as sometimes the account can get banned and you may lose your images and videos.
I just make sure to save them on my computer and thumb drives in case they do get deleted from mega.nz.
Hopefully someone will know of others as I too would also be interested.
In the mean time here are a few pictures of a diaper boy that I have and love.
