Is it good to take a cold shower after a workout?

Taking a cold shower after a workout can be good for your blood flow and also taking a cold shower after a workout will inhibit lactic muscle build up so you won't experience some burn following your workout.

On the contrary some experts suggest you should take a warm shower after working out instead of a cold shower.

I've found it to be better for me at least to take a cold shower after working out so it can vary but either way you're not gonna be hurt when taking a cold shower after the work out.

I wait at least 30 minutes before taking a cold shower after the work out since the experts suggest not to take a cold shower immediately after workout to allow your body to cool down some.

After training, I always take a cold shower. I know football and after two hours of jogging is very very hot and I want to cool, but this is only in summer. In winter, I don’t go to football training sessions, but just watch games on TV and predict football matches https://777score.ph and also make money from my favorite hobby.

I always take a cold shower too after working out and it does help.

The cold shower after working out makes me feel much better.
