Egg Salad is pretty healthy and contains healthy protein but egg salad does contain a lot of calories as in 600 calories and around 6 grams of saturated fat.
But egg salad is still healthier to eat than say donuts or other non healthy treats or foods.
I love egg salad myself but I don't eat it too much and only eat around 3 egg salad sandwiches per week or a bowl of egg salad every 2 days or when I feel like it.
So yes egg salad is healthy but just avoid eating too much of it at one time and you'll be okay.
